The Hilti VIP programme was launched simultaneously across the globe across all countries in alignment with Hilti’s core purpose to create enthusiastic customers and build a better future together.
Hilti VIP customers are selected based on meeting certain requirements set such as a healthy credit rating and payment history as well as a customer’s buying history and trade activities.

The company aims to wow VIP customers with value-added, world-class service and tailor-made solutions.
The award, an initiative to value and recognize customers, was presented to Damian Cross, Regional General Manager Asia at the Dexion office in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Hilti Malaysia representatives are Alex Ho, Area Sales Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) and Ir Ng Beng Hooi (Head of Engineering).
